What to look for when hiring a Sales Executive

When looking to hire a superstar Sales Executive at the VP or EVP level, it is important to look at a salesperson’s performance history, career relevancy and opportunity management.

Sales Executives are Account Executives at the senior or leadership level.  It important to find someone with a strong history of individual contribution who is looking to progress their career into or within the senior level, while looking for someone who is a strategist that can guide your company’s sales efforts. Base salaries can vary, but they are typically at the $90,000-$260,000 range depending on the organization.
